Financial Information - Patient Billing

In order to keep the cost of care to a minimum, the patient’s estimated portion for services rendered is required at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and Care Credit. 

   

We are honored to take care of your dental needs and have options so that finance never gets in the way of your good health. We welcome and encourage all of our patients to visit the Care Credit and Citi Health Cards weblinks. Both plans offer a revolving line of credit, quick and easy application and small monthly no interest plans. Care Credit and Citi Health Card make it easy to get the treatment and care you deserve.

Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, our office will file with your insurance company. We will estimate your insurance coverage based upon the information given to us by your carrier. The insurance portion is an estimate only, not a guarantee of payment. We will also estimate your financial responsibility. Any balance not paid by your insurance carrier is ultimately your responsibility. Our office accepts a variety of insurance carriers. We also participate with Anthem, Carington,  Cigna, Connection Dental, Delta Dental Premier, Humana, Metlife and Zelis.
